Never before has the historic Olympia London had a venue built on its roof, until NOW.... Welcome to our new botanical bolthole located on the top of Olympia London. Come drink, dine and escape the city with us amidst the lush vegetation of our new home!
We've taken inspiration from our flagship concept Pergola on the Roof and combined a new botanical look and feel, mixing overgrown ivy and botanical planters with a modern interior of exposed brickwork and rustic furniture. We’ve seating for 500 diners,9 giant day beds, 3 self-service restaurants, 2 bountifully-stocked bars, floor to ceiling glass walls, heating for those winter months and air conditioning for summer ones, as well as a fully protecting roof.
Open day and night over the weekend and evenings during the week, there’s no better place to devour a tasty lunch or dinner – EAT ON or OFF SITE, enjoy a delicious date night, or settle down for an all-day Saturday session with friends
Just like Pergola on the Roof we’ll be offering you all the ‘Perks of Pergs’ wrapped up in a botanical haven and under our iconic pergola.
Joining us on the roof are new kids on the Pergola block Mamalam, Salt Shed and Jefferies (from the Patty & Bun crew). Please see below for more details about our restaurants. Normal pergola rules apply ~ we'd love you to book but also keep back space for walk-ins.

MAMALAM Feel good Chinese food! Everything from baos to dumplings to noodles & salads - authentic, fresh and super tasty. They also have a great section of vegan dishes, you really can’t go wrong!
JEFFERIES Fried and Grilled chicken from the Patty&Bun crew.
It started out as an idea - taking roots from P&B’s ‘Hot Chic’ Chicken burger and the Winger Winger Chicken Dinner confit bbq wings, we wanted to build a standalone fried chicken spin off with all the same attention to detail, quality and love we put in at Patty.
The menu is simple with a focus on accessibility, flavour and value.
SALT SHED started as curing meats but then the barbecue aspect really came into play, pastrami (smoked salt beef) began to fly! they now serve an array of cuts that are slow smoked or hot grilled with some very complementing sauces.
